Garanti BBVA, one of Romania's most dynamic banks, reaffirms its commitment to digitization by launching the state-of-the-art GIA chatbot, designed to enhance customer experience and simplify support services. The GIA virtual assistant, with a friendly appearance, is available on all devices (smartphone, tablet, or desktop) and can respond to customer inquiries in two languages, Romanian and English, providing answers to frequently asked questions and assistance for complex needs.

Customers can engage with the virtual assistant by visiting the bank's website, http://www.garantibbva.ro, and accessing the chat window on the homepage.

"We are committed to continuously adapting to the needs and expectations of our customers, and the introduction of this next-generation chatbot is a crucial step in that direction. We place special emphasis on improving digital options and simplifying our customers' interactions with our banking products and services. Through GIA we aim to provide a smoother and more intuitive experience, enabling Garanti BBVA customers to access information and address their financial needs quickly and efficiently", said Tolga Banyocu, Deputy General Manager, Client Solutions Area, Garanti BBVA.
