Romanian public engineering company Simtel Team has announced the signing of a significant EPC contract with a subsidiary of MOGAN Bucharest, part of the Turkish GÜRİŞ group.
This contract, valued at RON 168.9 million (€34 million) — without VAT, represents over 10% of Simtel Team's total income based on their latest annual financial statements.
The agreement covers the supply of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and the comprehensive design, construction, installation, commissioning, completion, and testing of the project, including the BESS installation, located in Severin County.
The project has a stipulated duration of nine months from the contract signing date, according to a notification submitted to the BVB.
