Digi Communications has announced a significant corporate restructuring of its affiliated companies in Belgium.
The move, implemented on July 16, by Digi Romania and its Belgian partner Citymesh, aims to streamline the existing shareholding structure and consolidate Digi Group's operations within Belgium.
Thus, Digi Communications Belgium has emerged as the sole shareholder of all other Belgian companies affiliated with Digi Group. Digi Communications Belgium is a joint venture, with Digi Romania holding a 51% stake and Citymesh owning the remaining 49%.
This restructuring is expected to enhance operational efficiency and clarity within the Digi Group's Belgian ventures, aligning with the company's broader objectives of optimizing its international presence.
