Bog'Art Steel, part of the Bog'Art Group, has announced the appointment of Alin Creangă as its new CEO. The strategic move is aimed at investing in high-performing management to strengthen the company's position in the processed reinforced steel sector.
Creangă brings over 15 years of experience in the international trade of steel products, having previously held top management positions in companies specialising in steel production, distribution, and processing across South-Eastern Europe. His background includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex operations with annual turnovers exceeding €100 million.
In his new role, his priorities include accelerating process digitalisation, optimising operational chains, and supporting the expansion of the project portfolio.
”As immediate priorities, I plan to develop Bog'Art Steel by optimising processes and introducing smart inventory systems to achieve sustainable performance," said Creangă.
The company is among the top producers in the country by capacity, operating a 23,000 sqm industrial platform with a monthly production capacity exceeding 4,000 tonnes.
Bogdan Doicescu, CEO of Bog'Art Group, added: "We plan to invest in the production facility by expanding the hall and adding high-performance equipment to meet the positive evolution of the civil construction and especially infrastructure markets."
Bog'Art Steel has supplied major projects including the expansion of Otopeni, Avram Iancu Cluj-Napoca, and Sibiu airports, the M6 metro line, and the Sibiu–Pitești and Craiova–Pitești highways.
