Premier Restaurants Romania, the operator of McDonald's restaurants in Romania, has launched a national recruitment campaign as part of its expansion plans. The company aims to create over 500 new jobs in 2026, with more than 1,400 positions planned over the next three years.

Available positions across McDonald's restaurants nationwide include Crew Member, Barista, Guest Experience Leader, and YoungLead - a program for those seeking their first step toward a management career.  Currently, over 40% of McDonald's employees are under 24, with more than 900 being students.

"We continue our development plans and recruit nationally to support both the expansion of our restaurant network and the consolidation of teams in all cities where we are present," said Valentin Truță, General Director of Premier Restaurants Romania. "We want to offer opportunities to all those looking for a job and want to grow with us, regardless of their starting experience."

McDonald's invests in professional development through programs like YoungLead, which prepares participants to become certified Floor Managers after nine months. Premier Restaurants Romania operates 115 McDonald's restaurants in 34 cities, employing over 7,000 people.
