Enexus, a renewable energy development and construction company, entered 2026 with 210 MW under active construction across Romania, while securing an additional 195 MW pipeline with an estimated value of approximately €150 million.

By the end of 2025, Enexus had completed 15 photovoltaic parks and maintained a 100% delivery rate for contracted projects. "Renewable energy has entered a stage where it matters who builds the MW and which EPC partner stands behind them. For us, 2025 was the year in which we actively promoted energy investment dialogue, bringing Romania to the attention of international investors," said Mesut Güler, CEO of Enexus.

It closed 2025 with revenue of €50.7 million, net profit of €15.7 million, EBITDA of €18.3 million and a profit margin of 30%.

The company covers the entire lifecycle of energy projects, from opportunity identification and investment structuring to permitting, EPC execution, grid connection and long-term operation. Enexus attracts international capital, particularly from Türkiye and Central Europe, and transforms it into bankable projects in the Romanian market. In 2025, the company's team grew from 20 to more than 50 specialists.

"The results achieved in 2025 demonstrate that Enexus reached a new level of commercial, financial and operational maturity," said Iulia Meiroșu, CFO of Enexus.

In 2026, the company is expanding beyond traditional EPC activities through three strategic directions: developing in-house capabilities in grid infrastructure and HV/MV substations, creating utility-scale projects ranging from 20 MW to 100 MW with integrated storage, and entering the role of investor through direct equity stakes in projects. "In the next stage, the winners will be those who think in systems," said Alina Ștefan, Chief Commercial Officer of Enexus.
