Haleon, a consumer healthcare company, has appointed Jon Workman as President for Europe operations.
In his new role, Workman joins Haleon's Executive Team and will report directly to CEO Brian McNamara. His responsibilities include oversight of operations in the United Kingdom. Workman also serves as President of the Association of the European Self-Care Industry and has represented Haleon on its Board since 2022, leading advocacy for self-care solutions.
Workman has been with Haleon for over 15 years, holding General Manager roles across Asia, Africa, and Europe, and most recently serving as Head of Business Transformation. Prior to Haleon, he spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble.
Europe remains one of Haleon's most important regions for market scale and testing everyday health solutions. Romania is increasingly relevant within the region, supported by growing consumption of everyday health products, healthcare professional expertise, and openness to innovation.
"Europe is an important market for Haleon and self-care is a priority for people in the region. Brands such as Sensodyne, Centrum and Panadol are relied upon by millions of people every day," Workman said. "The elevation of Europe to Haleon's Executive Team will ensure that the voice of consumers in the region will be represented at the highest level of the company."
