Full Season, a German company and a key part of Media Broadcast Satellite (MBS), a leading provider of technical media services, has officially opened its first Bucharest office. The new location is situated within Globalworth BOC in northern Bucharest.
This expansion marks a significant step in consolidating Full Season's presence on the Romanian market.
Christian Fleischhauer, Managing Director of Full Season, said: “Romania is home to a wealth of skilled professionals, innovative thinkers, and passionate creators. By establishing a presence here, we aim to tap into this incredible pool of talent, fostering collaboration and driving innovation that reflects the unique strengths of the local community.”
Costin Barbu, Leasing Director of Globalworth Romania, said: “Their presence enriches our tenant community and demonstrates how our continuous investments in innovation and sustainability make a real difference for companies seeking a reliable and inspiring workplace.”
"This collaboration reflects one the most significant trends which we have recently noticed in the office market, namely a range of more diversified clients, such as companies from the communications sector, including data centers and satellite communications, as well as from defense, construction, and fintech. These companies are looking for modern, representative offices, but they are carefully calibrating the size of the spaces they choose,” said Andreea Păun, Managing Partner at Griffes, which brokered the deal.
From its HQ in Unterforing, Munich, the firm manages over 150 TV channels, delivering more than 10,500 hours of content weekly to over 100 platforms globally. Full Season's core business includes Content Management & Processing, Playout Services, IP and OTT Solutions, and Digital Content Distribution.
The BOC building is the largest single office building in Bucharest, offering a total leasable area of approximately 57,000 sqm. It features expansive floor plates of over 7,500 sqm, offering exceptional flexibility.
