Industrial developer CTP has completed a new 54,000 sqm building at CTPark Bucharest South, located in Popești-Leordeni, south of Bucharest. The first tenants have already begun operations in the new space.
With this delivery, the industrial park reaches approximately 140,000 sqm of leasable area, consolidating its position as a growing logistics and industrial community in southern Bucharest.
Industrial and logistics spaces are available for lease starting from 2,500 sqm, offering flexible options for companies looking to expand their operations. The park benefits from visibility and well-developed infrastructure, with two access routes from DN4 and direct access to Bucharest's ring road (A0) through a junction located less than 500 metres from the industrial park.
"Clients are no longer looking just for a good product, but also for a viable solution, tested and validated by top companies and delivered on time and within budget," said Cristina Manea, Business Developer at CTP in Romania. "CTPark Bucharest South responds to current market demand for modern logistics spaces with solid infrastructure connectivity. New tenants are already operational, which consolidates our position and the advantages of this location."
This positioning ensures efficient connectivity to Bucharest, main national transport corridors, as well as international routes to Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. The location supports fast and predictable logistics operations, suitable for distribution, logistics and light manufacturing activities.
