SEE Property Forum Awards 2026 shortlist revealed

This year, we received a record number of more than 250 nominations, making the task of narrowing down the list more challenging than ever.

Our shortlist has been carefully compiled following an extensive review process. The selection was based on nominations submitted by market players, supported by transactional data generously provided by iO Partners. In evaluating the entries, we considered not only the size and volume of each transaction but also the broader impact that individual projects, deals and professionals have had on the market over the past 12 months.

The shortlist reflects those who have contributed in a significant and visible way to shaping Romania's real estate industry during this period. To ensure fairness and highlight fresh achievements, projects that were already shortlisted or won last year were not included in this year's selection.

The winners will be selected by a jury committee comprising leading real estate professionals at the exclusive Jury Dinner on 1 October. The results will remain confidential until the winners are revealed at the SEE Property Forum Awards Gala on 20 October in Bucharest, held as part of our annual SEE Property Forum conference.

The winner of each Property Forum award will be selected by our exclusive jury committee that will meet at our jury dinner prior to the event.
