ENCORSA supports Romanian companies in transitioning to 100% digital workflows

Digitalizing operations and business processes with customers and public institutions, as well as the interaction between them, is a key priority for the Romanian business environment, especially as online tools and the digital sphere are experiencing unprecedented growth. To support companies in transitioning to fully digital workflows, the Romanian digital transformation services integrator ENCORSA has entered into a strategic partnership with certSIGN, a provider of eIDAS-compliant trusted services and legally valid electronic archiving solutions.

This partnership allows companies to significantly enhance their document-signing processes by integrating electronic signatures into internal applications, leading to more efficient and secure document workflow management. Additionally, once signed electronically, the documents are automatically transferred to certSIGN's legally valid electronic archive.

In recent years, companies have shown increasing interest in digitizing document management and incorporating electronic signatures into their workflows, driven by the need to reduce reliance on printed documents and simplify communication with customers, partners, and public institutions. Romania's business environment is making significant progress in this area, supported by national and European legislation, which provides a legal framework ensuring that qualified electronic signatures confer full legal validity to electronically signed documents.

"Digital transformation is becoming an increasingly prominent focus in the Romanian business environment. The digitization and automation solutions we offer, using low-code and no-code hyper-automation technologies, RPA, and AI, are driving this trend, which is expected to accelerate in the coming years. Together with certSIGN, we are helping companies transition more easily and quickly to 100% digital workflows with electronically signed documents. This opens the door for our customers to achieve a 'paperless' environment, a strategic goal for many businesses in Romania," said Cătălin Profir, Co-Founder, ENCORSA.

Through this partnership, ENCORSA will include integration with certSIGN solutions in all implementations for digital workflows such as Procurement Management, Customer and Supplier Contracting, Electronic Registration and Document Workflow. In addition, they can be integrated into the process of reporting to public institutions, such as for example the reporting of agri-food stocks to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MADR).

ENCORSA will implement certSIGN's electronic signature services into its digital workflows through two key solutions. The first solution used for internal workflows uses electronic signatures and seals, by integrating paperLESS, the remote e-signature service developed by certSIGN, into the ENCORSA solution. With this integration, documents remain in the company's intranet environment and all users of the ENCORSA platform can sign documents directly from the application. The second solution for signing electronic documents with third parties, using qualified digital certificates or electronic seals, is paperLESS flowSIGN, the certSIGN electronic signature platform. This application significantly simplifies the process of signing documents with business partners without the need to exchange documents in physical format.

"Trusted services are having a growing impact in the business environment, helping to streamline business and digitize document approval and signing processes. Digitizing HR and procurement processes by adopting and integrating e-signature into their solutions helps companies to have legally-valid signed documents in the shortest time, eliminating the costs of document transmission and management. The partnership with ENCORSA helps us to promote the adoption of e-signatures in the operational workflows of the business environment, as well as in the relationship with state institutions," said Aurel Meiroșu, Business Development Manager of Trusted Services Business Development Department at certSIGN.

Encorsa and certSIGN will host an online webinar on October 16, 2024 on "Adopting eSignature solutions in contracting workflows". Those interested can attend to learn, among other things, how they can quickly implement a digital contracting workflow using the WEBCON BPS platform and certSIGN's e-signature solutions.
