ADP Romania names new GM

ADP, the supplier of human capital management solutions, announced the appointment of Claudiu Bodea as the new General Manager of ADP Romania.

Bodea will spearhead the expansion and strategic transformation of ADP's Center of Excellence (CoE) in Bucharest.

His decade-long tenure has seen him instrumental in shaping the CoE model in Romania, leading numerous transformative programs such as continuous business process improvement initiatives and education programs. Under his leadership, new capabilities like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and multi-country HR solutions were also introduced.

“Romania's HR landscape is evolving rapidly, shaped by digital transformation, shifting workforce expectations, and a growing focus on employee experience,” said Bodea.

He has held several critical leadership positions, including Director for Business Transformation, Director of iHCM Operations, and most recently, Senior Director of Global Payroll Operations EMEA.
