Dragoș Gheban, Managing Partner at Catalyst Solutions, said: "Our analysis confirms that Romania's labour market is in full expansion from an AI perspective. We observe a balanced distribution between technical and strategic roles, as well as a growing demand for AI skills, which indicates a diversified market."
