The Mobile Vet and Mobile Pet veterinary clinic and pharmacy network opens its 4th clinic in Bucharets within One Cotroceni Park, following an investment of approximately €500,000, according to the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company, who brokered the leasing transaction for the space owned by One United Properties.

The clinic will provide veterinary medical services, thus completing the mix of tenants within the One Cotroceni Park project. The Mobile Vet & Mobile Pet network currently consists of 5 clinics and 6 veterinary pharmacies and it plans to continue the expansion by opening two new locations by the end of 2024.

Răzvan Gheocă, owner Mobile Pet & Mobile Vet: „The opening of the clinic within One Cotroceni Park, a landmark project in Bucharest, is an important step in the growth of our business. The new clinic will allow us to offer high quality veterinary services in one of the most dynamic areas in terms of real estate development, thus facilitating the consolidation and expansion of our customer base.”

Mobile Pet & Mobile Vet was founded in Bucharest by Dr. Gheoca Razvan and Dr. Vasiloiu Radu and it sells veterinary pharmaceuticals and also pet shop products.

The network is among the top five veterinary clinics in Romania by revenue and the medium-term goal is to become the market leader.

Dana Radoveneanu, Senior Consultant Retail Agency Cushman & Wakefield Echinox: „The area allocated to retail spaces within office projects has significantly increased in the last few years and landlords are paying closer and closer attention towards creating a tenant mix aimed to meet the needs of the office occupants. We are also noticing a growing interest from retailers and service providers in opening new locations in such projects and we are delighted that we have managed to bring together One United Properties and Mobile Vet, who are permanently oriented towards their customers and their needs.”
