SMARTEMP, a company providing temporary staffing services to its clients, announces today its financial results for the year 2023, marked by sustained revenue growth.

In 2023, SMARTEMP recorded consolidated revenues (including the financial results of BIA Human Capital Solutions) of RON 164.5 million, an increase of 10% compared to the previous year. This growth was primarily driven by the increasing demand from companies for flexible human resources solutions, as well as the expansion of SMARTEMP SA's operations in close collaboration with BIA HCS.

"The continuous year-on-year growth is based on the very high quality of the services we offer, as well as our ongoing efforts to improve and streamline customer service processes. Our investments in the best candidate identification and recruitment solutions, along with the speed with which we respond to client requests in a market characterized by a significant personnel shortage, keep us at the top of the preferred HR service providers in Romania," said Mariana Vaida, CEO of SMARTEMP.

For over 15 years, SMARTEMP has been offering continuously evolving services for the management of human resources processes. The company provides expertise in industry best practices, and the know-how of specialists working in recruitment and the provision of temporary staff.

SMARTEMP is owned by the investment holding Delta Asset Invest, which belongs to Dragoș Roșca, an active investor in companies such as Smartree, Patiline, Ynovate Immo, 2 Performant, and BENTO.
