Developed by a partnership between KKR, GreenVolt, and Renovatio, the project involves building three wind farms across four localities: Țăndărei, Gheorghe Lazăr, Grivița, and Ograda. The completion is scheduled for 2027.

Marian Pavel, President of the Ialomița County Council, said, "The constructors were encouraged to collaborate with local companies and communities for mutual benefit."
