ROCA Investments buys 20% stake in Adrem Group

ROCA Investments, a Romanian PE firm that focuses on local entrepreneurial companies, has acquired a 20% stake in Adrem Group, an energy services provider, for an undisclosed sum.

The transaction, which was signed in February 2025, was finalised after receiving all necessary regulatory approvals.

Deloitte Romania provided assistance to ROCA Investments throughout the process.

Ionuț Bindea, Senior Investment Manager at ROCA Investments, said: “ROCA's investment in Adrem is especially important, as it is a strategic step through which we reaffirm our commitment to support and strengthen key areas of the Romanian economy.”

Radu Dumitrescu, Advisory Partner-in-Charge at Deloitte Romania, added: “Through this deal, ROCA Investments aims to participate directly in increasing the positive impact of the Adrem Group in the energy industry, thus contributing to the development and modernisation of this essential sector of the economy.”

Adrem Group has over 1,000 employees across its three companies: Adrem Invest, Adrem Engineering, and Adrem Link.
