With 22 years of experience in the financial-banking industry, including senior management roles at Alpha Bank Romania and UNIQA Asigurări, Cîrstei will spearhead the development of the FintechOS platform.

“In his new role, she will accelerate the development of the FintechOS platform and our suite of financial solutions, key elements in our growth strategy in Romania and global markets," stated Teodor Blidăruș, Co-Founder and CEO of FintechOS.

A key objective in her new role is to accelerate the adoption of Evolv, the latest version of the FintechOS platform, which has seen an investment of over €10 million between January 2024 and February 2025.

FintechOS aims to migrate over 50% of its existing customers to Evolv by the end of this year, while also attracting new banks and insurance companies.

The company also plans to amplify the role of AI within the FintechOS platform, including the integration of intelligent agents and the development of the Back Office Workflow Designer, a tool designed to streamline internal processes and optimize workflows without requiring programming skills.
