Innova Capital sets up tech advisory board for CEE growth

Business Forum
Private equity firm Innova Capital has announced the launch of its Technology Advisory Board, which is the first of its kind in CEE.

The board aims to provide structured, end-to-end support to both technology-focused businesses and traditional companies undergoing digital shifts. It will leverage the expertise of renowned managers from the tech industry, offering invaluable guidance in areas such as sales and go-to-market strategies, product development, AI and data integration, and talent management.

Łukasz Cyran, Partner at Innova Capital, said: "Tech companies from the CEE region are increasingly eager to expand internationally and are striving to become regional or global champions in their respective fields. To achieve such ambitious goals, a global perspective is useful – and this is precisely what we bring through members of the Advisory Board who have contributed to the success of leading tech companies in developed markets such as the US and Western Europe."

AI-driven transformation and digitalization are now the key paths to scaling company value, added Bartek Pucek, Founder of Proofs, Angel Investor in AI scale-ups, like ElevenLabs or wordware.

Innova Capital has nearly €1.5 billion invested in almost 80 companies across 10 countries.
