Business Forum
Camelia Ene has resigned from her position as CEO of ROCA Industry, with her final day in the role set for the end of October.

Following her departure, the Board of Directors has appointed Ioan-Adrian Bindea as interim CEO for a six-month term.

Bindea is a key figure in the ROCA Industry project, having previously served as CEO from June 2022 to January 2025. He also held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors until September of this year.

Rudolf-Paul Vizental, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ROCA Industry, said: "I am confident that, in the current context, Ioan-Adrian Bindea is the most suitable solution to take over the interim mandate, with the clear objective of ensuring the continuity of the strategic direction assumed by the Holding, a direction that prioritises the refurbishment and digitalisation of processes."

Ene had been the CEO of the holding since January 2025.
