ABB Romania has opened its new customer experience center in Bucharest, a space designed to showcase the company's solutions in electrification, automation, energy efficiency and motion.

The center supports customers and partners with solutions spanning residential, commercial and industrial applications.

"This new experience center is more than a showroom – it is a collaborative space where our partners and customers can explore, learn and co-create," said Mioara Brașoveanu, Executive Manager, Vice President Commercial, Electrification, ABB Romania. "Visitors can see how ABB's innovations in electrification, automation, motion and energy efficiency work together to make buildings smarter, safer and more sustainable."

The Bucharest center features live demonstrations, physical product displays, system integrations and digital tools showing ABB solutions working together from lighting and shading to air conditioning and access control. The center will host workshops, seminars, training sessions and certification programmes, creating a hub for knowledge sharing and professional development. ABB operates in Romania across all four of its businesses and has had a local presence since 1992, employing around 100 people in the country.
