Synevo Romania names new GM

Business Forum
Synevo Romania has appointed Adrian Tudoscă as General Manager, while Laurențiu Luca takes over leadership of diagnostic operations across 11 Southeast European markets.

Tudoscă has taken over from Luca, who led the company for nearly a decade. During this period, the Synevo network expanded to 239 collection centres across more than 88 locations, while consistently increasing the annual volume of tests performed.

With almost 20 years of experience in finance and management, Tudoscă joined Synevo in 2017. He previously held the roles of Deputy General Manager of Synevo Romania and Regional Finance Director for Southeast Europe, where he played a key role in integrating regional operations.

"Synevo has reached this point through consistency and high standards. My role is to build further on this foundation, with an approach that is aligned with the real needs of patients and physicians," said the new GM. "The priorities are areas where precision makes an immediate difference—oncology, genetics, and chronic conditions."

Synevo is establishing a regional support team based in Romania, responsible for functions such as finance, commercial, medical, HR, marketing, digital, IT, legal, corporate communications, sustainability, and data protection. "We have developed high-performing operating models in Romania. The new regional organisation allows us to scale these best practices and accelerate operational efficiency," added Luca.
