Alexandru Bonea, CEO of Meta Estate Trust, commented on the company's performance: “We will continue to seek a balance between risk and opportunity. In this regard, we will use the Bucharest residential market as a tool to maximize returns, while the commercial market will serve as a risk-balancing instrument. Moreover, we will leverage the bankability of income-generating commercial assets as a tool for accelerated asset growth through long-term financing”

In 2025, Meta Estate Trust aims to simplify its capital structure and initiate the process of transferring from the AeRO market to the Bucharest Stock Exchange's (BVB) main market.
