Vastint Romania has finalized a new lease agreement with the jewelry brand Pandora, which is moving its offices to Business Garden Bucharest.

The lease transaction was facilitated by CBRE Romania.

Florina Mădălina Floricel, Country Manager for Pandora Romania and Hungary, said: "As Pandora approaches its 15th anniversary in Romania next year – one of our key markets in CEE – we decided to establish a new Romanian headquarters that will significantly propel our long-term growth ambitions."

"Their arrival enriches the vibrant mix of international names within this dynamic office complex and underscores the strong appeal of our workspace," added Dorin Caplea, Leasing Manager at Vastint Romania.

Business Garden Bucharest has a leasable area of 43,000 sqm.

Vastint's office portfolio is set to expand with the future Timpuri Noi Square 2 project, estimated for completion in Q4 2026.

This development will add over 60,000 sqm of leasable area, effectively doubling the available office and commercial spaces within the Timpuri Noi Square complex to 112,000 sqm.
