DN Agrar Group, one of Romania's leading integrated agrifood companies and Europe's largest dairy milk producer, closed 2025 with preliminary turnover of €43 million, up 21% compared to 2024. Net profit increased by 65% to €10.5 million, translating into a net margin of 25%.
Agrifood company DN Agrar Group has officially signed development and supply contracts with BSOG Energy, owned by Black Sea Oil & Gas.
This unit will transform 21,000 tons of manure annually into over 7,000 tons of organic fertilizer.
DN AGRAR will supply the raw material for biomethane production through a long-term contract to ensure sustainability and BSOG Energy will develop the facility.
