Ramona Jurubiță begins third term as Head of KPMG in Romania and Moldova

KPMG in Romania has announced a series of key leadership appointments, effective from October 2025. These strategic moves aim to reinforce the firm's commitment to growth and excellence.

The announcements include a significant promotion, a new appointment to the law firm, and the reappointment of Ramona Jurubiță for a third term as Country Managing Partner for KPMG in Romania and Moldova. She has been leading local operations since 2018.

Alexandru Șoaică has been named a Partner in the Audit Delivery Academy (ADA) Leadership Team. He joined the firm more than 14 years ago and has been instrumental in shaping the ADA, contributing significantly to the firm's growth and recognition within its network. His work has included building strong relationships with several Western European markets.

"These appointments reflect our commitment to placing highly experienced and qualified people in key roles to deliver excellence to our clients. The KPMG Legal - Toncescu și Asociații law firm is also strengthening its team with the addition of Alexandru Slujitoru, an experienced dispute resolution lawyer with over 18 years of experience.
