Business Forum
PPC Renewables Romania is significantly expanding its renewable energy portfolio by launching the second phase of the Deleni Park wind farm in Eastern Romania.

This expansion builds upon the existing 140 MW facility, which is already the largest wind farm in the Moldova region. The newly commenced second phase will add another 85 MW of installed production capacity to the project.

Upon the completion of both the 140 MW and 85 MW stages, PPC Renewables Romania's overall renewable energy capacity is set to exceed 1.5 GW. The firm is already the largest private producer of renewable energy in the country, with a current installed capacity exceeding 1.3 GW.

Adrian Dugulan, GM of PPC Renewables Romania, said: "We continue to take concrete steps in developing our portfolio and remain the first major private investor contributing to Moldova's regional development.”

PPC Group's renewable energy portfolio in the region reached 6.3 GW in mid-2025.
