OX2 buys three wind projects in Romania

Business Forum
Cristian Barbu and Future Power have sold a portfolio of wind projects comprising 235 MW to renewable energy developer OX2.

The projects are set to be commissioned between 2028 and 2030.

The legal team from Nyerges & Partners provided comprehensive assistance throughout the deal.

Barbu said these projects move forward with OX2, a leading renewable energy developer in Romania whose strategic vision gives real confidence in the successful implementation of these projects.

Nyerges & Partners continues to advise Barbu and Future Power on the development of these projects and other Romanian investments, including a large 600 MW portfolio of standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
