Investimental launches PIES, a premiere in Romanian capital market

Business Forum
Investimental, the newest broker on the Romanian capital market, announces the launch of PIES, a proprietary product that transforms the way investors can invest in the capital market, making this activity more accessible, intuitive and efficient, regardless of investors' experience. Through PIES ("Simplified Execution Investment Portfolios"), investors can create a portfolio of stocks with customised weights, which, subsequent to the evolution of the instruments, can be rebalanced to the initial percentages with a single button.

“PIES Investimental is designed to remove the traditional barriers encountered in investments, providing a streamlined system that automatically manages the complex details of trading and investment portfolios. The launch of such a product, unique in the Romanian brokerage market, marks a new milestone in Investimental's development and in our approach to facilitating access to investments. PIES Investimental is designed to offer every investor, regardless of their level of experience or time availability, the opportunity to build and manage an investment portfolio with minimal effort. Currently, our product targets US-listed stocks,” stated Mihaela Biciu, CEO of Investimental.

In practice, through PIES Investmental, users have the possibility to select US stocks from the over 5,500 available in the system, based on the 11 economic sectors represented within the product. They only need to decide which stocks to include in their portfolio and the proportion of each stock. PIES provides information on the minimum amount required to initiate the investment while allowing for additional investments. For efficient investment management, clients can opt to schedule recurring payments from their bank account to their main account (USD), thus gradually increasing their investment in PIES.

If users are undecided about the selection of stocks, the user-friendly interface of the PIES service allows them to easily navigate through options. Stocks are listed in descending order by market value of the issuing companies, giving the option to filter stocks by economic sectors. Users can also directly select the Top 10 stocks by market capitalization from each sector.

Once the funds are deposited, transactions can be carried out simply at the push of a button. Trades are executed at the market opening, and as share values change, PIES offers the option of automatically rebalancing the portfolio. This process allows weights to be adjusted without the need for manual intervention or complicated calculations, maximizing the efficiency of the time invested. PIES Investimental was created to meet the needs of modern investors seeking a more direct, less time-consuming, and cost-effective method of entering the U.S. stock market.

PIES Investimental is a new product developed by the company, alongside bringing to market, for the first time for a Romanian broker, MultiAccount on the BVB, Extended Trading, and fractional shares on the US market.

Investimental is the first broker authorized by the ASF for stock exchange transactions on the BVB in the last 14 years, offering access to both the local and the American exchange. The project is built and developed by a team of professionals with vast experience in financial services. Investimental believes in a flexible approach to connecting the investment market with those who want to get more from their money through modern and user-friendly solutions. Investimental has created InvestiMentor, an educational program designed to offer learning and development opportunities for investors of all experience levels. The goal is to encourage investors to explore capital market opportunities and make informed decisions regarding their investments.
