GRF+ plans IPO on BVB's AeRO market

Local communication consultancy Graffiti Plus (GRF+) has announced its intention to go public this year on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).

The IPO is expected to take place in mid-2025. Goldring will act as the brokerage firm assisting GRF+ in the capital-raising process and stock market listing on the market designed for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The company plans to use the proceeds to develop new products and integrate digital technologies into its operations and services. GRF+ also plans to expand its regional presence.

"GRF+'s business strategy is centered around continuously exploring markets and strategic economic territories where we can create value," said Bogdan Tomoiagă, Chairman of the Board of GRF+.

GRF+ has a team of 85 consultants and a client portfolio that includes numerous multinationals.

In the past four years, the agency has consistently exceeded €7.4 million in annual revenue, with a net profit margin of approximately 5%.
