Skanska survey: 76.2% of tenants are extremely satisfied with Equilibrium 1's services

According to the survey, most respondents (91%) particularly appreciated the services and facilities in the building, such as the HoReCa (food & coffee), bike repair station, changing rooms and showers. The Equilibrium complex's 3500 sqm garden was also highly praised for its green spaces and places to relax. In addition, compared to previous year, 26% of respondents moved from "satisfied" to "very satisfied" with the building's general services.

As a result, 76.2% are now extremely satisfied with Equilibrium 1's services, compared to 50% in 2023.

The working model preferred by the occupants of Equilibrium 1 is a hybrid one. As a result, 80% of the building's users work from their offices at least three days a week.

95% of the building users are satisfied with the performance of the Equilibrium 1 management team, considering that it meets their expectations. In addition, all respondents feel "Satisfied" with the communication between the building management team and their organization.

"An important aspect we are noticing this year is related to our residents' focus on ESG. For example, 86% of respondents believe it is important for them to work in an office building like Equilibrium 1 that reduces environmental footprint. In addition, 90% of respondents believe that having their offices in such a building helps their organization achieve its sustainability goals,” adds Tamara Guleryuz.

According to the Office Life Experience survey, Equilibrium1 residents are confident in recommending the Equilibrium 1 building to their partners for future offices, with an average rating of 4.71 out of 5. In fact, 95% of respondents gave the Equilibrium1 building a top rating (4 or 5).

With a flexible design, the Equilibrium 1 building focuses on implementing sustainable solutions, that significantly reduce energy and water consumption. Throughout the building the lighting is LED and there are motion sensors in the common spaces. The heating and ventilation equipment is class A+ efficient. The company have also contracted 100% electricity from renewable sources to operate the Equilibrium 1 building. All these measures have resulted in a 38% reduction in energy consumption over the past year.

To improve water efficiency, it has been integrated solutions such as grey water systems, which treat domestic wastewater from bathroom sinks and showers before reusing it for non-potable uses such as toilets, and rainwater harvesting systems, which are used to irrigate the green spaces around our buildings. In addition, the building's energy consumption is monitored and displayed on a screen in the reception area.

Equilibrium1 and Equilibrium2 are office buildings that prioritize the comfort, safety, and health of their occupants and users. As a result, both buildings are LEED Platinum certified. LEED certification is an international recognition of the quality of a building', emphasizing efforts to minimize its environmental impact and providing a superior working environment for all users.
