Square 7 starts new retail park investment in Bucharest

Square 7, part of M Core, is developing M Park Titan, a new proximity retail project that is slated to open in December 2025.

M Park Titan will offer approximately 8,500 sqm of retail space, aiming to meet the needs of local consumers with a mix of essential services and lifestyle brands.

The project's diverse tenant mix is designed to provide a convenient shopping experience for residents.

Clemens Petschnikar, CEO of Square 7, part of M Core, said: "M Park Titan is designed as a functional, accessible, and environmentally friendly project, aligned with the real needs of urban consumers." 

The development will include electric vehicle charging stations provided by Eldrive Romania and will adhere to modern green building certification standards.

M Core is a family of property investment and management companies that includes LCP, Sheet Anchor, Proudreed, and Sheet Anchor Evolve. 

The group manages a portfolio of assets exceeding €7 billion and employs around 600 people across Europe.

M Core fully purchases MAS strip malls in Romania

M Core Group has purchased seven strip malls in Romania from property investor MAS for an undisclosed sum. The projects with a combined leasable area of around 32,000 sqm have a full occupancy rate. The strip malls are based in Slobozia, Focșani, Râmnicu Sărat, Târgu Secuiesc, Sebeș, Făgăraș and Gheorgheni.
