IPSO Agricultură, a subsidiary of the French group Monnoyeur, will lease a 2,300 sqm space in the Spaceplus Chitila industrial project, owned by Speedwell. The lease transaction was brokered by Griffes.

The new warehouse will serve as a strategic national hub for the distribution of spare parts for agricultural machinery. This move is expected to optimize logistics and service activities both domestically and in neighboring countries.

Robert Tănase, Network Development Manager at IPSO Agricultură, said: "The full ISU certifications, energy efficiency, and space flexibility were essential factors in our decision-making process."

"The occupancy rate and the fact that we are preparing to launch our new location in Popesti-Leordeni confirm that the Spaceplus concept has established itself as the preferred option for a wide range of SMEs – from local startups to publicly traded multinationals,” added Maria Jianu, Leasing Director of Speedwell.

The Spaceplus concept stands out for its modular spaces, which offer tenants the flexibility to configure areas according to their specific needs by renting multiple and configurable units.

The project holds a BREEAM certification, an internationally recognized standard for high
energy performance.

In mid-2025, the total stock of modern industrial spaces in Romania reached 7.75 million sqm, with approximately 184,000 sqm delivered in H1 2025 and over 367,000 sqm under construction.
