KC Agro boosts agricultural infrastructure in Timiș County

KC Agro is significantly expanding its agricultural capabilities with two strategic new developments in Timiș County.

The first development, located in Buziaș, will feature a substantial 4,000 sqm gross built area. This facility will include a cereal storage hall, a loading shed, office space, silo platforms, and essential adjacent infrastructure like internal roads and platforms. 

The second project is set for Hitiaș and will focus on packaging, cold storage, and logistics. This facility will span 1,090 sqm of gross built area and will incorporate a high-bay temperature-controlled hall, loading bays, and dedicated access roads.

KC Agro has appointed Optim Project Management as consultant for these developments.

David Evans, CEO at Optim Project Management, said: “This partnership highlights our capability to deliver quality and value across Romania's growing agricultural sector.” 

Optim Project Management will provide a range of services, including general design, permitting, and comprehensive project management for the Buziaș site, as well as design review and project management for the Hitiaș facility.
