Ursus Breweries, the Romanian beer industry leader, opens the selection process for the 2nd edition of its two-year trainee program, Go Graduates. Through this initiative, Ursus Breweries will provide selected trainees with an insightful experience into the beer industry, through rotation in different key areas of the business and even with the possibility of gaining international exposure.

„In Ursus Breweries, we are driven by creating meaningful connections in everything that we do. When it comes to our people, we strive to build a sense of belonging and create a work environment where every member feels valued and has a chance to shape a rewarding career. The Go Graduates program is designed to offer young talents great development opportunities and experiences, with the chance to learn from some of the best professionals in the field. We are looking for graduates with a desire for growth and achievement, curiosity and team spirit. And we are prepared to offer them a great journey in the effervescent universe of Ursus Breweries, where passion, friendship and growth are the key elements of our culture,” said Roberto Follacchio, Human Resources Vicepresident, Ursus Breweries.

There are open positions in the commercial area (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales) and the candidates can apply until the end of August. During the two years of the program, the trainees will be integrated into at least three different teams and they will be involved in real business activities, with the opportunity to manage different projects end-to-end.

Trainees will also benefit from international exposure, either by being part of international communities of practice or by getting fixed term assignments abroad, in one of the countries where Asahi Europe & International operates. Their learning journey will be overseen by experienced mentors and it includes a comprehensive onboarding process, visits in the brewieres, on the field, as well as trainings.

Applicants can find more details about the Go Graduates program and apply for open positions by visiting Cariere - Ursus Breweries (ursus-breweries.ro).
