Romania's soft skills training market reaches €40 million

Business Forum
The soft skills training market in Romania is currently estimated at €30–40 million annually and continues to expand, according to EXEC-EDU, the provider of executive education in Romania.

Since its inception, the company has impacted over 30,000 graduates and developed a portfolio of 70 programs.

Ovidiu Dîmbean-Creța, EXEC-EDU Administrator and ASEBUSS Rector, said:

“Looking back over the past 20 years, we are proud to see how we have grown together with the leaders that we have developed. From our first courses with just a few dozen participants, to complex programs serving thousands of professionals annually, we have significantly contributed to building a stronger ecosystem, driven by leaders who inspire efficient, innovative, and motivated teams. 2024 was the best year in EXEC-EDU's history – a year in which we welcomed new experts to our team and expanded our portfolio with current and relevant topics,”.

The Romanian training market has seen substantial growth, with EXEC-EDU attracting over 3,200 participants annually today, a notable increase from approximately 500 managers and entrepreneurs in its first year.

The focus of training has shifted from primarily technical skills to leadership, strategic thinking, and emerging topics like artificial intelligence and organizational well-being.
