Vista Bank finalizes Alpha Leasing Romania acquisition

Vista Bank has completed the acquisition of Alpha Leasing Romania, including its wholly-owned subsidiary Alpha Insurance Brokerage (Romania).

The transaction received the necessary approvals from the Romanian Competition Council. 

Georgios Athanasopoulos, CEO of Vista Bank, said: "The acquisition of Alpha Leasing in Romania will further strengthen our position in the Romanian leasing market, allowing us to better serve our customers and capitalize on the expertise of our colleagues." 

PWC and David & Baias provided tax and legal advice for the transaction. 

Vista Bank's network comprises 35 branches and 5 business centres.
