Uber Black launches in Timișoara

Uber has expanded its services in Romania by launching Uber Black in Timișoara. This new service brings a premium and luxurious travel option to the city, offering riders high-end vehicles and professional drivers.

Uber Black aims to cater to the increasing demand for upscale ridesharing experiences. Uber Black drivers are required to maintain a minimum rating of 4.85 stars and comply with all local regulations, ensuring a reliable and safe journey.

Riders can also personalize their trips with features like Quiet Mode, Temperature Control, and Help with Luggage. Additionally, Uber Black provides more flexible pickup times, allowing passengers up to 5 minutes before a waiting fee applies.

Uber is available in 24 cities in Romania and operates in over 10,000 cities across more than 70 countries. The company is licensed in Romania as a passenger transportation intermediary and collaborates exclusively with licensed partners.
