MedLife posts 20% turnover hike in Q1 2025

Romanian private healthcare services provider MedLife has recorded a 20% y/y increase in pro-forma consolidated turnover during Q1 2025 , reaching RON 779 million (approximately €156.4 million).

The company pinned its growth to substantial investments in hospital and laboratory networks.

The group has also reported an increase in EBITDA, amounting to RON 116 million (€22.7 million).

Mihai Marcu, President and CEO of MedLife Group, stated: "The results from the first quarter are promising, both in terms of revenue and EBITDA, confirming our positive trajectory."

At the end of Q1, MedLife's portfolio had close to 890,000 corporate subscriptions.

In addition to its financial achievements, MedLife has continued to expand its operational footprint. Key developments include the acquisition of All Clinic in the Republic of Moldova, marking its entry into a new international market, and the acquisition of Routine Med in Tulcea, reinforcing its national presence.

Furthermore, MedLife introduced the Rosa robot for high-precision orthopedic surgery and launched its first AI assistant integrated into a mobile app for personalized medical guidance.
