Metaminds names new CEO

Romanian tech company Metaminds, which supplies digitalization services for both the private sectors, named Ovidiu Ghiman as its new CEO, replacing Andrei Cruceru.

Ghiman, who joined Metaminds in 2023 as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, brings over two decades of experience in managing large technology and telecommunications companies. 

"Our priority is to develop digital solutions that have a concrete and positive impact on citizens' daily lives, simplifying access to public and private services through integrated technologies," said the CEO.

 

Cruceru, Co-Founder of Metaminds, will remain active in the company, focusing on long-term strategic directions. 

The company reported a net profit of RON 7.86 million (€1.57 million) and a turnover of RON 180.57 million (€36.11 million) in 2024, following recent investments of over €3 million in internal technological capabilities.
