Business Forum
Digi Communications has announced its Q3 2025 financial results, showing consolidated revenues of €561 million, up 14% compared to the same period last year. The telecom company achieved total revenues of €1.643 billion for the first nine months of 2025, representing a 16% increase year-on-year.

Adjusted EBITDA reached €188 million in Q3 2025, growing 6% compared to Q3 2024, contributing to a nine-month result of €527 million, up 3% from the previous year. The group surpassed 30 million revenue-generating units (RGUs) across its portfolio of mobile, fixed broadband, pay-TV and fixed telephony services in Spain, Romania, Portugal and Italy.

"The third quarter of 2025 continued to register solid RGU growth, thanks to sustained demand for Digi services across all markets," said Serghei Bulgac, CEO of Digi Communications. "We exceeded the threshold of 30 million RGUs at group level, including over 15 million mobile RGUs. The double-digit expansion in Spain remains particularly impressive and confirms that our product and pricing strategy responds to a clear market need."

The mobile services segment emerged as the main RGU generator within the group, representing 49% of total customers across the four markets and reaching 15.1 million RGUs in Q3 2025, up 22%. In Romania, mobile services reached 7.2 million RGUs at the end of Q3 2025, a positive evolution of 13% compared to Q3 2024.

Operations in Spain continued their positive trajectory in Q3 2025, with fixed, internet and mobile telephony users growing 29% compared to Q3 2024 to 10.3 million RGUs. In Portugal, where Digi launched commercial operations in November 2024, the company totalled 813,000 RGUs by the end of Q3 2025. In October 2025, Digi Romania successfully completed a €600 million senior secured bond offering with maturity in 2031, using the proceeds to redeem existing bonds and support current operations and investments.
