iO Partners adds proptech service to its portfolio

iO Partners, a JLL Preferred Partner, has teamed up with Bright Spaces proptech to provide its clients with a 3D space planning tool. 

Through this platform, real estate companies can create 3D virtual tours of space plans, integrate tech and ESG features directly into the plans, and showcase highly realistic CGI renderings.  

This tool will be beneficial for tenants looking to relocate or redesign their office spaces.
