Record number of nominations: SEE Property Forum Awards shortlist revealed

Business Forum
Property Forum is excited to announce the shortlist of nominees for its annual SEE Property Forum Award Ceremony which celebrates the best projects, most impactful transactions and most inspiring personalities of the Romanian market. This year our team has received a record number of nominations so narrowing the list down was not an easy task. The winners will be selected soon by a jury committee comprising leading real estate professionals and the recipients will be announced at our Awards Gala on 22 October, part of our annual SEE Property Forum conference.

Our list of nominees has been put together based on nominations submitted by market players and transactional data generously provided by iO Partners. This year we have received a record number of nominations - over 150 entries - making the job of our editorial team especially hard. While narrowing down the complete list of nominations to the shortlist below, the size and volume of each transaction, in addition to the impact of each project, deal and personality has had on the market during the last 12 months, was taken into account.
