Property Forum brings CEE investment opportunities to Expo Real 2026

Property Forum and The Poland Observer are joining forces at Expo Real 2026 for a dedicated conference session exploring the investment outlook for Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Taking place from 15:00 to 16:30 on 6 October, the 90-minute programme will bring together real estate leaders to discuss where opportunities could emerge across the region as the market heads towards 2027.

Under the theme Investment Opportunities in Poland & CEE, 2027 & Beyond, the session will examine the forces shaping capital allocation across the region. Discussions will cover the outlook for major real estate asset classes alongside financing conditions, changing supply and demand, data centres, infrastructure investment and the growing importance of mixed-use urban developments.

The programme will also feature the premiere of The Poland Observer's latest real estate film, providing a snapshot of the Polish market before a series of presentations, case studies and discussions focusing on Poland and the wider CEE region.

Property Forum will also put Romania in the spotlight at Expo Real one day earlier. On 5 October at 17:00, Spotlight on Romania @ Expo Real 2026, hosted by AHK Romania, will bring together investors, developers, public authorities and other market stakeholders at Stand A1.241.

The event will showcase real estate and investment opportunities across Romania, with perspectives from the City of Oradea, Region Mureș and ADR Centru, alongside representatives of Nhood, REC Partners, Quadratum Architecture, Zeblex and The Concept Group. The programme will be followed by an informal networking reception and Romanian wine tasting. Participation is free of charge for Expo Real 2026 ticket holders.
