Alsin invests €20 million in second phase of resi project near Bucharest

Business Forum
Romanian developer Alsin Management said it will invest €20 million in the second phase of its residential project First Estates Pipera, with the completion date set for the spring of 2025.

The developer said it sold 95% of the 232 apartments in the first phase and has already sold over 80% of the 232 residential units planned in the second phase.

”Pipera – South area became an important residential development pole, with projects totaling thousands of apartments and houses,” says Andrei Sarbu, CEO of SVN Romania, real estate consultant and exclusive agent of the project.

The project uses a heat pump system and photovoltaic panels following a €3 million investment. This means that all the complex offers free heating to all its residents.
