Speedwell kicks off last phase of resi project in Bucharest

Speedwell has started the construction of the last building of its Triama Residence project in Bucharest.  

The building comprising 61 apartments will be completed following an investment of €9 million. In the first two phases, the developer delivered 134 apartments. 

“With the addition of solar panels and nZEB-standard energy efficiency, this next building is designed to not only lower costs but also reduce the carbon footprint. We believe in delivering more than just properties; we are shaping communities that reflect our commitment to a greener, more connected future," says Jan Demeyere, architect and Co-founder of Speedwell. 

The company's portfolio includes today approximately 150,000 sqm of office and retail space, over 6,000 apartments, and 23,000 sqm of industrial space, with a total project value estimated at approximately €1.5 billion.

Romanian developer Prima Development Group has started construction on phase two of the Prima Astera residential complex, the first high-end project in western Bucharest built to nZeb standards.
