Hubix and Nexo Group partner on resi project near Bucharest

Business Forum
Hubix, the Romanian investment and real estate management company, has signed a partnership with Nexo Group to develop the Abito Pipera residential project, in the Pipera area.

The project has an estimated development value of €28 million and will include 150 apartments and commercial spaces, 198 parking places, storage units, green areas, a children's playground, promenade zones, a running track and a cycle path.

Within the partnership, NEXO Group coordinates the development, execution and technical components of the project. HUBIX participates as an investment partner, with a role in capital structuring, financial governance and implementation discipline. Abito Pipera will include studios and apartments with 2, 3 and 4 rooms, a mix adapted to individual living, couples, families and investment purchases. The Pipera area attracts both final buyers seeking access to the north of the capital and investors interested in rental demand generated by proximity to business, retail and service centres.

Technically, Abito Pipera is designed to nZEB standards and will include solutions oriented towards comfort and controllable utility costs. Each unit will have an individual heat pump for heating and cooling, underfloor heating and cooling via fan coil units.

"Abito Pipera is a project in which the difference must be seen in how the building functions, not just how it looks. We placed emphasis on coherent technical solutions: individual heat pumps, underfloor heating, cooling via fan coil units and energy efficiency. For the buyer, these translate into comfort, more predictable utility costs and a product built with attention to the details that matter after delivery," said Sorin Lăpădatu, CEO of NEXO Group.

"HUBIX entered this project because it has three clear things: a liquid location, a product adapted to demand and a partner who can control execution. Abito Pipera marks an important step for HUBIX in the north of Bucharest," said Daniel Tudor, CIO at Hubix.
