Ecovillas launches €8.6 million villa project near Bucharest

Business Forum
Romanian developer Ecovillas Company has launched a residential project near Motoc forest in Mogoșoaia, which will be developed based on an investment of €8.6 million.

Nouvert is developed at the edge of Motoc forest on a 10,000 sqm plot and proposes a living model where nature, technology and energy efficiency are integrated from the design phase. Construction began this year, with completion estimated for the end of next year. The project contains only 16 individual houses, with prices starting from €500,000 plus VAT.

"We observed a clear need to create a concept that puts residents' health and environmental impact first. Nouvert is built exactly in this sense: a quiet environment, clean air and technology that works in favour of interior comfort," said Veaceslav Vlas, CEO of Ecovillas Company.

The houses will integrate advanced ventilation systems with energy recovery that permanently ensure filtered air inside without opening windows. The development is designed for energy independence through geothermal heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and electric car charging infrastructure. Each home will have A+ energy certification, premium insulation, high-performance windows and underfloor heating.
