Square 7 Properties and Mitiska REIM complete €19 million retail park in Pitești

Square 7 Properties and Mitiska REIM have inaugurated Pitești Shopping Park, a new shopping center located in the northern area of Pitești, following an investment of €19 million.

Pitești Shopping Park has a leasable area of 24,000 sqm, of which the Leroy Merlin store occupies almost 10,000 square meters. The shopping gallery, which spans over 6,648 sqm, includes a mix of important retail brands.

The shopping center serves a population of approximately 150,000 residents of Pitești and the surrounding areas. The construction was completed and delivered in less than 12 months. The general contractor for the project was Masterbuild.

Over the past 12 years, Mitiska REIM has raised five funds and built a portfolio of 92 properties representing approximately 1.2 million square meters of gross leasable area in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Bulgaria.
