Bellemonde has announced the launch of Bellemonde Privée, a new residential project in Pipera adding 52 villas to the growing community. The total investment amounts to €25 million, with approximately 65% secured through a financing partnership with Vista Bank.

Located at 1 Vasile Alecsandri Street in Pipera, Bellemonde Privée spans a 25,000 sqm plot and offers 16 single-family homes, 24 duplex villas, and 12 townhouses. The project includes a sports court, green spaces, and an outdoor swimming pool designed for an exclusive community.

"If last year we laid the foundation by securing the permit and starting construction, today we are taking a step forward toward building a community that grows alongside our projects," stated Victor Terheș, Chief Commercial Officer Bellemonde.

"We are glad to support the development of Bellemonde Privée, a project that redefines modern living standards in one of the Capital's most sought-after areas," stated Periklis Voulgaris, Deputy CEO, Vista Bank. The original Bellemonde project was launched in June 2024, with construction works for 164 units starting in September following a total investment of over €40 million.

At the current stage, the structure and masonry of all buildings have been completed, screeds and waterproofing are 75% finalized, and joinery works are 40% completed. The complex offers quick access to international schools, shopping centers, and modern facilities.
